LEGO Ultra Agents Sets Released Early & Photos!

Considering that LEGO just announced an official release date of May 25th 2014 for their summer 2014 LEGO Ultra Agents sets, you might think that LEGO was actually planning to uphold that release date. But nope! Once again, LEGO has jumped the gun early, and I’ve found and photographed almost all of the new LEGO Ultra Agents theme sets at local stores in the United States…

I heard rumblings that some U.S. Toys R Us stores and LEGO Stores might be receiving new 2014 summer LEGO sets, so I’ve been stalking my local stores for the past several days. Today, I finally hit the jackpot–or close to it–as I found the brand new Ultra Agents LEGO sets in several different stores!

Ultra Agents is not a theme that I was initially all that interested in when I saw it at the New York Toy Fair 2014, but my fellow LEGO fans won me over with their passion and excitement for the series.

LEGO Ultra Agents Sets In Stores Toxitika's Toxic Meltdown & Riverside RaidNow that I’ve had a chance to pore over the photos of the sets from Toy Fair and check them out in person, I do admit that they’re looking really fun and (in some cases) unique. I don’t know that I have the money or space in my collection to pick up all of these sets, but I’m gonna pick up a handful to review this month (and feel free to reply in the comments with requests for what you guys wanna see reviewed!).

At my local Toys R Us store, they had five out of the six LEGO Ultra Agents Summer 2014 sets on the shelf:

The only set missing in-store at Toys R Us was the LEGO Ultra Agents Hurricane Heist 70164, so I headed over to the nearest LEGO Store to see if they had the LEGO 70164 Hurricane Heist in-stock. I wasn’t sure that the official LEGO Stores would stock any of the Ultra Agents sets before street date, but it turned out that they had the LEGO 71065 Ultra Agents Mission HQ, LEGO 70162 Infearno Interception, and LEGO 70161 Tremor Track Infiltration all on the shelves.

Still no LEGO Hurricane Heist set on the shelf, though–has anyone spotted that set locally yet?

At least five of the six sets in the new Ultra Agents LEGO theme are now available from Toys R Us stores and LEGO Stores that have gotten them into stock!   3. Hello, I do not buy from Toys R US I only get from LEGO.com but do you think the City Arctic and Train sets will come out on May 25 with the Ultra Agents? Or June 1 with Fairground Mixer? I am so excited to get the new city sets I will get all of them on release date I order them at midnight the night they come out 2! I also get up at 5am play on computer til 8am and then I wait outside for them! 🙂 You could tell I am a die-hard fan I waited in freezing weather for the new Police sets In Jan and baking hot weather last May for the Coast Guards

  5. I have seen and actually own the Hurricane Heist. I live in Northeastern Wisconsin and most of the Toys R Us stores around me have it in stock.
