LEGO Star Wars 2013 sets are now starting to become available for sale to LEGO collectors in the United States! First it was new 2013 LEGO sets for The Hobbit, followed by Galaxy Quest, and now 2013 LEGO Star Wars sets and LEGO Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles sets are starting to show up!
It doesn’t happen very often, but an online toy retailer has beaten the official LEGO Store and even most Toys R Us stores to the punch by being the first store to widely release the 2013 LEGO Star Wars products this afternoon, and all of these sets are available with no tax (in most states) and free shipping:
75005 LEGO Star Wars Rancor Pit $59.99
75000 LEGO Star Wars Clone Troopers vs Droidekas $12.99
75001 LEGO Star Wars Republic Troopers vs Sith Troopers $12.99
75002 LEGO Star Wars AT-RT $19.99
There are some extremely cool new items in the early 2013 Lego Star Wars sets, including the much-loved Rancor Pit you can stick next to the new LEGO Jabba’s Palace that came out in the summer! This is the first time we’ve ever had Republic Troopers and Sith Troopers in LEGO Form (and not even Hasbro has made Sith Trooper action figures before!), and an awesome Yoda minifigure debuts in the 75002 AT-RT set. The 75000 Clone Troopers vs. Droidekas sets is a little bit less exciting than the other sets, but it gives an uncommon opportunity to army-build Destroyer Droids along with a green Clone Trooper Sergeant minifigure!
And not to leave LEGO Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles fans out in the cold, Amazon also released the whole 2013 LEGO TMNT lineup tonight, including the popular 79104 LEGO Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles The Shellraiser Street Chase. They have other LEGO TMNT sets available as well, including the 79102 Stealth Shell in Pursuit and the 79100 Kraang Lab Escape.
I’ve been watching the new Nickelodeon Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles cartoon in preparation for these LEGO sets, and I’m finally starting to get an itch I didn’t previously had to wrangle up some LEGO anthropomorphic reptiles!
All of these first allotments of new popular 2013 LEGO sets are likely to sell-out extremely fast, so if you want to be the first on your block (no pun intended) to add these new sets to your collection, now’s your chance!
