Bricktober LEGO 40183 Town Hall Mini Modular Set Released!

It’s been fun while it lasted, but the Toys R Us 2014 LEGO Bricktober event comes to a close this week! Along with the very popular LEGO Bat Signal build event that took place a couple weekends ago, Bricktober 2014 has been headlined by a different LEGO Mini Modular Building being given out each week. If you’ve missed any or all of the previous sets they’re available for sale online, but the fourth and final Bricktober 2014 set is now available free with a qualifying purchase at Toys R Us: the 40183 LEGO Town Hall!

Toys R Us has had a different LEGO Bricktober Building set free with a qualifying purchase every week for the past four weeks, beginning with the LEGO Bricktober Theater 40180 in Week 1, and then moving on to the LEGO Bricktober Pizza Place 40181 in Week 2 and the LEGO Bricktober Fire Station 40182 last week.

Finally, the last of this year’s amazing Bricktober 2014 LEGO sets is available this week: the 40183 LEGO Bricktober Town Hall.

LEGO Bricktober Town Hall 40183 Set 2014With 186 pieces including a nicely-designed building and some cool mini LEGO vehicles (including a LEGO double-decker bus!), the Town Hall is likely to be the second most popular of the 2014 LEGO Mini Modular Buildings (behind the very fun Bricktober Pizza Place set).

Toys R Us Exclusive LEGO Bricktober Town Hall 40183 PromoI dropped by my local Toys R Us stores today to see if I could snap some photos of the LEGO 40183 Bricktober Town Hall on the shelves at the stores, but I was disappointed that none of the stores had any of the Bricktober sets out.

I’ve heard reports that some lucky readers’ stores have the Bricktober promo sets just sitting out–and some are even selling them for $19.99 each–but none of my local stores are following this practice. The only way to even get to see the LEGO Bricktober 2014 sets in-store at my stores is by making a qualifying purchase of $75 or more. Sigh.

40183 LEGO Town Hall Bricktober 2014 SetThe Bricktober LEGO Town Hall 40183 set is available from 10/26-11/1 at participating Toys R Us stores as a free promo giveaway with any purchase of $75 or more. The other LEGO Bricktober 2014 sets have turned up for sale online already in case you missed them, although the Town Hall Bricktober set hadn’t turned up on any online retailers’ websites yet as of writing. If Toys R Us stores have leftovers after the end of the promotion they will likely sell them, but my stores all say they’re sold out of the previous weeks’ sets already.

  1. I have a question, is the rocket raccoon poly bag only for Canada because if it is that is disappointing to me because i didn’t one at the comic con

    • Canada happens to have the Rocket Raccoon polybag this week. We’ll have to wait a little bit in the U.S. for it, as there was NO WAY Toys R Us would double up on promos with the Bricktober Town Hall this week. Hang in there–we’ll get Rocket shortly.
